@JayZ387251 Yes, when you use combustion like with a lighter it gets too hot and most of the thc is burned. If you vape it though it takes it to the perfect temperature to get all the thc vaporized and you get really high.

you are creative as hell but wht i was thinking of is a better heating element like a candel warmer something of that nature if that gives you any ideas

cam5533 September 9, 2010 at 1:26 am

@NamesROverated i guess both works, whatever works best for you.

NamesROverated September 9, 2010 at 2:24 am

@cam5533 technically you don’t need to modify the iron lol, just touch the end to the cup xD

cam5533 September 9, 2010 at 3:04 am

@NamesROverated True, but atleast he doesnt have to destroy a perfectly good soldering iron etc to make one 😛 and playing with power is scary. it doesnt give chances

NamesROverated September 9, 2010 at 3:48 am

@cam5533 not really, well the soldering iron is pretty safe. The heating end just needs to touch the metal cup. It’s much safer than an open flame.

@NamesROverated Too dangerious..

NamesROverated September 9, 2010 at 5:00 am

what if you modify a soldering iron or a blowdryer heating element instead of a candle?

@JayZ387251 what it does well not this one, but the real ones, lol, the heat up to the point of releasing the THC without burning the plant matter….. its healthier way to ingest marijuana, and when its all dont instead of ash ur left with brown herb…. and u can save it or throw it away, id save it 4 brownies or other cooking goods ;D hope i helped u out there

blahyourmamafoo September 9, 2010 at 7:49 am

sweet vaporizer! motivates me that much more to make my own.

blahyourmamafoo September 9, 2010 at 8:47 am

@ormarcom pretty much your basic idea is to collect the vapors in something, then use a hose or some kind of thing to inhale the vapors. this is a pretty epic setup though.

blahyourmamafoo September 9, 2010 at 9:19 am

@ormarcom thats what i saw. you just get a flexible hose [any kind will work, since the hose itself isnt being heated, no toxic fumes are made]. the brass fitting is the nipple, and you want one that has a extended part to go inside the vapor chamber [or glue/epoxy your own to the nipple, again this isnt being heated either]. you dont really need to tighten it down, as long as it doesnt suck in too much outside air you will be fine. hope that helps.

This is the best one I have found, Ingenious, can’t wait to build myne.

ormarcom September 9, 2010 at 10:19 am

wow…nicely done. can you say exactly which brass fittings you used? i think i saw a nipple and then another nut with hosebarb. anywhere close?

thanks for posting!
